My order has not been delivered

On the day of your delivery, you should receive a text from us that gives you your delivery slot. The text will also include a link to the DPD website where you can change the delivery time slot and request alternative delivery instructions (leave with neighbour etc).

*If you would like to leave ongoing delivery instructions for DPD, you can download their mobile app which will allow you to set default preferences for all future orders.

  • In the unlikely event that our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order on the specified date, the parcel will be disposed of by the carrier because delivery of perishable food items cannot be delayed. 
  • If your parcel hasn't arrived but the tracking shows that the parcel was delivered, please get in touch with our support team by clicking on the blue "Need Help?" bubble in the bottom right of your screen and we will raise an investigation.
