Is delivery the same time every week?

If your plan isn’t edited throughout the week, the same items will be delivered on your chosen date until you make the changes in your account.

You can edit the plan in your basket if you are want to make any changes. This can be done up to 48 hours before your delivery date. You can do this by:

  1.       Logging into your account and select 'Your Orders' 
  2.       Find the order you wish to change, and click on 'View / Manage' (if 'View / Manage') is not available, your order has already started processing and may not be edited.
  3.        On the next page you can choose to change your selected products, number of days in your plan, frequency of delivery, quantities and even cancel your plan.
