Can I put my subscription on hold?
If you want to put your subscription on hold, for example for a holiday, you can select an alternate delivery date via your Muscle Food account.
Simply log in to your account, click the account icon next to the basket in the header, then click Your orders.
From here you can manage any orders which are not yet being processed for delivery. Find the order you wish to change and click ‘Manage’. Select ‘Change date’ towards the top of the page and select your required delivery date. Your delivery costs may also change if your new delivery date has a different delivery cost.
Please note; if you need to change your delivery date for an order you have placed, you must make the change before we begin to process your order. As soon as your order has started to be processed we are unable to make any changes.
If you wish to stop your subscription for a longer period of time, you can cancel your subscription via My Account, and repurchase this through the basket when you are ready to continue.
