How do I cancel a subscription?

You are unable to cancel a one off order once it has been placed as the order will be processed immediately. However, please contact Customer Support by clicking the blue "Need Help?" beacon in the bottom right of your screen.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can cancel any future orders that have not yet been processed by following these easy steps:
1) Log into your account here (see below image):
2) Click on "Your Orders" (see below image)) All future orders are listed in the "Your Orders" page.
- If an order has not yet been processed, the option to "Manage" the order will be presented as shown below. Please select "Manage" (see below image):
- If no "manage" option is visible, the order is now in the process of being being packed and shipped. In this case you should contact Customer Support using the Help Beacon in the bottom right hand corner of this page.
4) After selecting to "manage" your future order, you will be taken to that orders management page. Please scroll down until you see the option to "Cancel Item". If you wish to cancel your subscription, select this "Cancel Item" option (see below image).
5) After selecting to "Cancel Item", you should be presented with a "Subscription Cancelled" notification (see image below).
