Why can't I make changes to my order?

Orders can be managed and amended within the My Account area until they are processed for delivery.  If you have the option to ‘Manage’ a product card, it is not yet being processed and you can make changes.

Once the ‘ Manage’ option is no longer available, this means that we have started processing your order for delivery and changes can no longer be made.
